Hi there
cannot get through to tax office right now
Having read their website it states that if your net profit through rent does not exceed 2,500 per annum you can pay your tax through PAYE.
I work part-time so this seems sensible to get this done through PAYE instead of filling out a tax retirn.
Can any one clarify for me? im quite confused
Also, i have been trying to get hold of something at tax office for a week - is there an easier way to to get hold of the form instead?
Many thanks for your help

Yes, you can have a restriction put in your PAYE code number to collect the tax due on your letting income. You will need to write to your tax office setting out your income and expenditure and asking them to do this.
Most forms are on HMRC website - whcih one do you want?£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0 -

The P810 is 'personalised' to circumstances - as it's used for a range of things - and the 'standard' one (the .pdf file) appears to have been withdrawn from the HMRC site several years ago.
I claim for a CITR account refund every year and simply write to them with the detail. But you need to include all income (P60 / gross interest etc) and tax deducted. If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
