How can i clean my greying bra's?

my bra's are looking a little grubby,
can i soak them in bleach? they are not 100% cotton. i think it's from washing them in the machine, i think your supposed to hand bra's:eek: thanks ps, i'm loving using my zoflora,-inspired by this forum, nice to have such a small bottle in the cupboard!:j
