Packaging shows it is 9 rolls plus 3 free. Some of the packs in the store only had 9 so it will just depend on your luck whether you'll get the 12 or 9.
They also had boxes with 6 packs of Johnsons baby wipes for £4.99.

I've just read the other thread. The £2.50 offer is for 9 rolls. If you're able to get the 12 rolls from Semi-Chem then it's a better offer.0
