Basically this shows that prices have stopped rising over the last few months of land registry data. Also the data is for completed sales so these prices would have been agreed two or three months ago. So prices had stopped rising around febuary/march time.
It's also worth noting that the land registry does not take into consideration repossions or aution properties.
In my opinion flat prices for the rest of the year would be very optimistic.Debt Is Slavery.0
