Just had valuation done for our remortgage.....

We are remortgaging with Co-op. The survey was done by countrywide this morning. Does anyone know when i should expect to hear from Co-op regarding the value? days, weeks etc? they have been really slow so far and am not hopeful we will hear from them anytime soon. So far it has taken them 3 weeks to send out a form for us to sign and return with payslips etc. when i sent it all back it took 2 and a half weeks for them to say they have recieved them.
