I just entered then I checked the T&C and it said this:
Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is open to all UK residents except for employees and families of BIC Uk Ltd, their agents or anyone professionally involved in or connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary
3. Offer subject to availability and while stocks last
4. A draw will be made at random from all applications received on a daily basis and the first 300 selected each day will each receive a free sample of Soleil Bella
5. The sample consists of a single Bella razor (handle + blade) for trial purposes.
6. Entry into the draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. The last date for receipt of entries is midnight 31st May 2010.
7. Samples will be delivered within 14 days from date of each draw
8. There is no cash alternative and the sample is not for re-sale.
9. BIC UK Ltd reserves the right to substitute requested shaver with another sample if stocks of requested shaver are exhausted
10. Promoter will not disclose any personal details to third parties unless required to do so by law.
