Hi,
I am looking to re-mortgage my home and since I am temporarily letting it to tenants I will need a buy-to-let mortgage. I just came across best4let.com and although they seem to have some good deals I am cautious since I can't find much about them.
Does anyone have any experience of this company?
Thanks

BUMP as interested in whether anyone's ever used best4let.com. They seem to have very competitive rates so would be surprised if they hadn't caught the eye of anyone searching for BTL mortgages ?
Any advice/experiences welcome, thanks.0 -
Never heard of them. They are only brokers.
My observation is that they don't quote the product fees which can be 1.5% to 3% of the loan value. Which makes the interest rates in isolation misleading.
Why not look at lenders direct rates. There are relatively few BTL lenders left in the market now.0 -
The product they quote at the top as a teaser with the attractive rate, and really the only one there that looks particularly good, if you read the small print is only available to "ex pats & foreign nationals". i.e. Its an offshore mortgage designed for people living overseas.0

They seem to quote the fees if you look at the full product details, although having looked at a lot of BTL I'm aware they can be huge. I am going to be overseas so it's what I'm after
