Iam going to declare me bankrupt in few weeks. Had chance to start fresh over in austraila with a mate, still possible?

correct, also coupled with the fact that DCA's are now international companies and seem to follow you over there, or sell to a firm over there - so pointless doing a midnight bunk as well.

I think you need to look at the visa requirements, before heading off.

Have you already got a job offer over there? Don't you have to have a sponsor and stuff?
