right im not sure if this is going to work as im such a noob but here is my SOA its looking pretty grim already as it is as this is with all forms of entertainment cut off and all birthday pressies and xmas budgeting gone my poor poor kids :( . really dont see what i can do....

    Welcome to the forums!

    The main place I can see for making savings is out of the grocery budget- there are some amazing ideas over on the Old Style board on these forums. If you are willing to change your shopping and eating habits they could probably help you halve the grocery budget.
