Hi i have just opened my cream and its solid! it doesnt smell bad and I cant really tell from the taste? Its one of those milac Gold UHT creams that come in a carton and its still in date? I've made a cheesecake with it anyway but its in the fridge looking sinister 
If it is off will it make me ill?
