    flipping heck....have missed much :( sorry bobaloo...baddie ISOM friend...wish you had rung me :( Would say I will ring tom but mum back in so by time I get home prob too late/shattered but hope to het hold of you later in the week for proper catch up. Meanwhile huge hugs from me...know what you mean about it getting too much sometimes - you have my sympathies...

    On a brighter note- two cakes have had their marzipan layer. The top one is sponge, so no marzipan there. I am on the last leg of it all now- thank goodness.:T

    SO am i Taxi...i think i have gone off the idea of making them. These will be my last- i can't stand the stress of this last one..i don't know how folks do it for a living.:eek:

    It tastes good though- as attributed by the household who have been avidly eating up the bits i cut off to even it up. I am sure it would have been the size of a cup cake if i kept on..:rotfl:

    sorry cakes a mare...they are a huge ammt of work and expense arent they....i always felt people just didnt get it plus got hacked off that they just got eaten so gave up!! at least a blanket lasts and keeps you warm!
    Mum is ok...as you know hospitals are hideous and hot, yukky...left her with a demented old lady so at least she will be kept busy! Got her new wool so she can knit at least! hows your baba?

    I know exactly what you mean:cool::o I am doing it as a wedding pressie so in a way it is a labour of love. Well it is now it is finally finished:D:j:j Looking good too- i don't care about anything else now, when the tasting starts i will just go home:cool::rotfl::rotfl:
