Clarity Credit Management bank details?!

Hey all, just had my repayment offer accepted by Clarity (woohoo!) and realised that I have no idea how to pay them?! They never actually sent me any bank details and their phone number (0844 561 1715) appears to be 'temporarily out of order'. I don't really want to pay through their site. Any ideas?

Try to get hold of them tomorrow.

Even if you could find payment account details online somewhere, personally I'd only trust ones you get from them direct.

I rang the 0844 number a couple of weeks ago and it was "temporarily unavailable" then too - really weird for a company that asks people to call them in every letter! The other number on their site is shut til tomorrow.

I guess I was hoping to find someone else who was paying them on here but you're right, better to get the details off them direct.
