Just add 2 cases to your basket, then input the code MHLITE.

It says on your link that they will automatically add the free cases. when you recieve the receipt it shows the free cases. This is my second order so I know it works. (see my receipt below)

It tastes really nice, the lemon and lime one that is, I was using it during recovery from an op recently to keep fluids up etc.

However, i'm trying to order it and there is no box at all to enter the code into, so i'm a tad confused for sure.
