Sorry if it sounds daft, I don't even know if I am on the right page or anything 
I am trying to claim charges back from capital one and have registered with HMCS and when it is time to start the claim I have no idea what to put in the box called "claim description".
Am I even in the right place??????

they have a section for capital one, i am in process of just claiming against them.
