Professional needed to assess water damage for insurance claim

Can anyone recommend anyone between Inverness - Dornoch (ish) area?
I'd like someone to come out, assess damage to bathroom floor/kitchen ceiling and walls, give an estimate for insurance purposes and then (all being well) complete the work.
Obvious damage includes replacement plasterboard ceiling and possibly some wall boards or part of. Coving/redecoration.
Had my share of 'that'll do' tradesmen, need someone conscientious who takes care to do good job.
Any suggestions?
