  • Hey thanks Hitch... To be honest im not bothered about the amount they take from disposable. When we were with payplan we had to put 100% of disposable in .... Thats a dead good site. Thanks.

    After reading the DQ forum I upped my household and car expenditure by 25% - this was not challenged by OR, I read somewhere on the forum that they do not query household expenses if they are uder £430 per month, so I pitched it at that level. Pre Bankruptcy I was expecting an IPA of £200 - £300 per month, ended up with £Nil.
    Make sure you follow their Bank Account threads, i signed up for a Coop Cashminder Account the day after I was declared BR and it was opened within a week.
    I was declared Bankrupt in June, as you will read on DQ it is a total weight released, there is nothing to fear from OR, especially if you help them by bringing all the relevant info they need, I have heard nothing from them since my interview. I could be discharged in 4 or 5 months, I am planning for Post Bankruptcy.
