    lets see....

    i would make up agravy (bisto is fine) and add a generous amount of cranberry sauce - i would put the sauce on the turkey in a casserole dish and cook that way.

    turkey will stay moist - and the fruity gravy will make a lovely suace.

    couple of roast potatoes - yum!
