    Got my kit today after applying for it on 29/5/10. Not sure why but I was given two XL t-shirts and two stickers rather than the L t-shirt, sticker, key ring and coolbag that I originally requested. Can't complain as it is free, t-shirts are good quality, will use the t-shirts to watch England in pubs, then use the t-shirts for diy, etc.

    Still not arrived despite receiving the URN which I returned and then received a Stanley Supporters Pack reference number in response on 7/6/10. I know it's free, but what is the point of receiving these items after England have been elimininated or the WC has ended?

    What a complete and utter shambles.

    received my t-shirt and van sticker -all i need do now is buy a van to put it on!!! lol, didnt receive any other extras though - really wanted the coolbag but guess they were inundated!!!
