Quidco Questions

I joined up with Quidco ages ago and have never actually used it.
I have finally got round to logging in and having a look round.
Does anyone have any tips to help me get the best out of it, as I'm a bit of a novice at cashback sites. I tried using Top cashback before and I don't think any of the transactions got tracked.
Also, there's something on Quidco where you can register your debit card for in-store cashback. Can anyone confirm this is safe to do and does actually work?
Looking forward to reading your comments.

cn confirms its safe and it does work , had registered mine and forgotten I'd done it , bought some trainers from Sports Driect and it duly tracked
theres an easy way to get the £5 fee to cover your years fee , do a search for insurance via the comparison sites , then they pay out £1.50 ish
also use a seperate browser like Firefox or Google chrome solely for your cashback work, avoid tracking problemsEx forum ambassador

I joined September last year.
Have made a fair bit, could have made even more if my wife remembers to try to use it every time she orders anything from anywhere
My wife gets 10% cash or 12.5% goods directly from Great Universal.
In addition we also get 9% cash back ordering from Great Universal through quidco.
As she uses her catalogue regularly, it means that we always get a min 19% cash back for every order, usually making the price of the goods lower than high street prices, plus we get them 52 weeks interest free.
Have £283.21 going in tomorrow
Below is a screen capture of my quidco account

Most items track for me within 48 hours.
Payment can be slow though.
My Halfords purchases in Feb and March have only just gone to "received"0 -
The Tesco SIM needs to be activated to get the cashback, which means topping it up first
