Have searched and can't find this posted anywhere else.
From thursday 3rd june Aldi have a 32" Full HD LCD TV with integrated freeview and USB slot to attach storage device, meaning you can pause, rewind and record live TV. Also comes with a free 3 year warranty.
All for only £279.99. Seems like a good deal to me. :T

Its down as £299.99 in the Aldi magazine thing... and £279.99 online.
Either way, it looks a great deal!0 -

I also say this in the brochure at 299 but both the internet and instore posters show 279.99 so i can only assume the price was reduced after the brochures were printed. as for the make id guess at tevion as that's what aldi's electrical goods usually are but that's not guaranteed.0

If I were to spend £300 on a 32" TV, I'd choose this Sony over a Tevion any day of the week. I know the Sony is HD ready and the Tevion is full HD. Still I'd prefer the Sony.
This is the link for the Tevion, btw.0 -
Richer Sounds have a 32" HD ready Sharp up for £199 or £129 with a 5yr warranty.
I know it's not full HD, but there's the 5yr piece of mind and something that is branded. For a cheap LCD, I know which of the two I'd choose.

If it is HD ready you need a Freeview HD television otherwise you will need to buy a Freeview HD box unless you have Sky HD!0

Quick warning. we bought a TV from Aldi last year and the picture quality was really poor. For the sake of spending another £100 - £150, you can get better ones.0

It does not have freeview HD built in, so unless you have sky, virgin or an hd box you cannot watch the world cup in HD.0
