Afternoon , little help on this query thanx ...
does the OR require all bills to verify spending ie: utility bills , i know bank statments and cc bills are needed .. anything else ?

Not usually unless they are unusual or if they dont believe you for some reason. In theory they could ask everyone for proof of all their bills but that would be to time consumingHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Thanx debtinfo , i,m trying to be organised and gather all the bits togeather as i work out each section . the electric and oil are top heavy so i thought i,d either include them with it or explain !!0

May I ask at what stage the OR might ask for this info? My OR said everything was straightforward in my case, and I've signed my BR restrictions forms etc, sent them back. Nothing mentioned about producing documents..?0

Hi Princess, no documents just Bank/credit cards statements etc. All things pertaining to your debt basically x"If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

Mine asked for 12 months of bank statements and credit card statements. Any lLoan agreement. Cheque book and credit cards.0
