Advice needed on Tax an NI issues

My brother recently moved to Manchester and managed to find at the time what looked like a good oppeertunity, the company he got a job for are called PCIP who claim to be a Business Development Specialist working alongside Santander Bank.

The first month went by fine until it reached payday when they claim that issues in America had meant his and the rest of the teams pay would be delayed, he was told he would get a salary of £1000 p/m but to date has been paid only around £450.

Yesterday was his second full month in employment and needless to say he and the rest of the employees have gone unpaid.

My Primary concern is that he hasn’t seen a pay slip and I believe that no Tax or NI contributions are being paid by the employer, I’m just looking for some advice on where to go from here,

I’ve advised him to seek alternative employment but is there anybody who I can report the company to so they can look into the fact that everyone is being grossly underpaid and that no one has receive a pay slip showing Tax and NI contributions

Any advice would be greatly received

Kind Regards

Well, if he is only being paid £450 pm, then he is way below the tax and NI threshold and noen should be deducted and so no paylsip is necessary.
However, the bigger issue is the fact that he is not being paid and the employer is breaking the contract by not paying the employees. They all need to issue an ET1 as soon as possible and, as you say, find another job - this lot sound v dodgy. Link to ET forms:
