£21.08 saved in Waitrose today - they refunded my carparking to the tune of 70p, I bought some reduced items and used all my LVs which meant that I only had £1.03 to pay:j

Wicked - I have just checked the receipt of M&Co and saved £20 there:j

Need to add £18 saved on Saturday too as I didnt have to pay to get into Blenheim Palace to convert my day ticket into an annual pass.

Proud to be dealing with my debts but not proud that they are still the same a year on.

I'm looking on my numbers and they are good, but I don't have more money in my wallet. Have you got the same feelings?

£5.86 profit from a m*tched b*t today. Amara - sometimes it takes a while for the extra money to filter through into cold hard cash ie overtime doesn't get paid till following month pay slip, e bay sales have to work their merry way through the system etc. Also if you are counting savings on groceries, toiletries etc as making extra money, try squirrelling the actual money saved away somewhere so you are reaping the benefit of your thrifty ways!

Definitely! I don't have much to last me until Friday (which is the day I take out my weekly spending money) but I am just going to keep bringing in my lunches and walking to work and hopefully it'll last me!

Yup but then I find that when I look at my balance in my second account at the end of the month it looks far healthier than I expected it to. :j

Nothing more to add again today. :(

But a full day of mystery shopping tomorrow, which should boost some of this month and some of next months totals. I'd forgotten how hard the first month of this is - everything seems to pay 1 calendar month after I've earned it!
