HSBC Fixed Mortgages - Consent To Let Anyone?

morning all,

i took out a 5-year fixed mortgage with hsbc last summer and since then my circumstances have changed and was wondering if people have had any dealings with hsbc with regards of asking for consent to let.

i've got a lot of thinking to do over the next few months and will undoubtedly meet up with hsbc but was just wondering if anyone has any experience on this forum.

the mortgage is portable so that's good if i have to sell up and move to a bigger place but would love to keep this place on.

thanks for your helps in advance,
me

Depends on your own circumstances, Ltv etc. If you give the mortgage service centre a call they'll let you know.
