Summer Holidays Nearly Over Hoorah

I HAVE 2 KIDS BEEN SPENDING MORE MONEY ON FOOD AND TAKING THE KIDS OUT AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. CANT WAIT TILL THEY ARE BACK AT SCHOOL AS MY LITTLE ONE IS STARTING SCHOOL SEPTEMBER SO I CAN GO TO WORK AND GET MYSELF OUTTA SOME DEBT. ANYONE ELSE FEED UP WITH THE HOLIDAYS AND FOUND THE FOOD BILL HAS GONE UP. NOT TO BAD A KEEP KIDS OCCUPIED AS THEY PLAY ON THE NET, DOESNT COST ANYTHING CHEAPER THAN RENTING OUT A DVD OR PLAYSTATION GAME, WHAT DO OTHER PARENTS DO TO KEEP KIDS OCCUPIED:rolleyes:

But I cannot wait for the kids to go back - I don't have any ...but I still can't wait!

the worst thing about the kids going back to school is all the mums and dads that clog up the road!!!

Yup - I get a nice holiday off the bike for the summer - it gets quicker to drive- when kids go back journey times double (More if it's raining).

Ha! Will, that is so true, why can't they walk?? I had too!

Luckily though my job is exactly one mile from where I live so no school - run traffic jams!

lol lucky, i have to goto bournemouth and theres this place called ferndown...OMG its so bad, its about 1 mile and takes 20 minutes to go through and i have to do it each day!!!

im not looking forward to it at all the two mile round trip twice aday the mums trying to found out all the gossip no one to chat to durring the day no one to help me make and eat cakes no one to watch dvd with me the early starts so no im not looking forward to it at all i cant understand why people have kids then moan about having to look after them????

Make them walk? Or are they not old enough? I had to walk more than a mile to school when I was young, and when i was younger, my parents would walk with me!

Will, do you find it's always mums in massive 4x4s who get dolled up to the nines just to take the kids half a mile down the road? That's what it's like by me!
