And I need them cheap!!!
Going to an 80's hen night tonight and the person I was borrowing some crimpers off has dropped me in it. I don't want to spend a fortune and I need them today

Well, if you need them for today, obviously buying them online is out and unfortunately, crimpers are generally more expensive than straighteners and stuff, so I think the cheapest ones I could find you from a store are the hello kitty mini crimpers from Argos for £14.99 or the full size Babyliss crimpers from Boots.0

Wash your hair, plait into as many small plaits as you can (the smaller the better the crimps, but obviously time consuming), blow dry, hair spray, remove plats. Or after hair spray you could leave them in until an hour before leaving or so, let them set better.
May not be as good as a crimper, but should do a good enough job.0
