Price of a car park - Advice on how to find its price

Options
Hi,
I have put an offer for a flat and then a similar flat without parking on the same building has been put on sale.
Do you know any website or tool to find out the price of a car park in a certain area?
I tried the classical rightmove.co.uk / zoopla... but no success.

Thanks,
Alex

I think it will depend a lot on area and the particular block.

We have just bought a brand new amazing flat in brentford and our parking space was valued at £12k. It is underground and entry gained by little radio controlled remote. Hope thats some use to you.

In most areas any parking will be 'worth' £10k on the price. Whether that's a parking space, or buying a garage in a block. £10k seems to be the bottom price for anywhere. So then you add in the value based on how hard it is to park in a particular area... there are some where I live (Cornwall) that are £60k.

    Thanks everybody. :)
Just to be clear, I do not use a car.
The car parking has a future value in terms of rent plus change in my way of life.
Presently, I live in London and I love using the public transport from a green and social prespective.

The secure underground car parking space in my central Manchester flat added around 15K of value, according to 3 valuations.
