Urgent-ish re bank charges

when applying for the subject access request, as i dont have a cheque book is a postal order ok to send payable to the company. sorry have dated the letters today and need to get them asap. :beer: i'm owed lots :o

  • yes, a postal order is fine. good luck, not that you'll need it, I claimed back all of my charges £3000.60 and the Halifax paid up in the end. Took about 6 weeks altogether. Go for it!

    Good luck from me too! I got £800 back from the woolwich and £500 agreed yesterday in settlement from Capital one. Go for it!
