Re my post on Is this right? I am not wanting to upset anyone or be accused of (shock horror!) being away from my computer for 2 days! The whole of our street is up in arms about it (and it was all delivered in large boxes from reputable companies - even the slabs came from an expensive garden centre) I was merely asking a question and I have had the answer in the links provided. These people are rubbing up a lot of people in our area the wrong way by boasting about how they have cheated the system - it does not affect me in anyway but I know of some people they have really upset and I will be sending the link to them for them to deal with as they wish. Thanks for the help.

Hi soon2bjobless, Obviously without all the facts i cant really say what is happening in your particular case, there will always be a few people who try and cheat the system, so if this is a genuine case then do complain as the Official Receiver would be just as keen to weed out the cheats as yourselfHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -
I`m sorry but if it did not bother you, you would not be posting about it on an internet forum!:pB&SC No. 298

If you are sure that this is happening then report them to the OR, it should be easy enough to work out which OR's office is dealing with the case.
Then let them look into it, that is the best way in my opinion.0
