Do you know why they are trying to call you? It might affect how you write to them...

OK - they are probably fishing for business (they sell fee charging debt management solutions).

Next time they call tell them that you have no need of their services (don't give details) so please stop wasting your time and theirs by calling, especially as you are on the TPS scheme and they should not be calling anyway. Also tell them that you are formally requesting that they remove you from their call list, as they are required by law to do this under the TPS rules if you do not want to hear from them, and you do NOT want to hear from them and are therefore withdrawing any consent you may have ever have given for them to call you.

If they keep calling after that, register a complaint with the TPS website. :)

Looking at their website they could be potential shysters.

They have one of those pages that looks like a simple inquiry form but I bet they rack up credit searches for you if you fill it in.

Next time they call you, tell them to stick their products and services up their bottom and f**k off while doing it or give them my number and I'll do it for you ;)
