Terms & Conditions
1. This prize draw is governed by UK competition law and no cash alternative will be offered. By entering the promotion the winner and guest will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirement set out in the promotional material. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
2. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, EastCoast their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
4. All entrants must be 18 years or over.
5. Draw closes 11/06/2010
6. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
7. Entry into the prize draw requires the consumer to provide their name and contact details (postal address and/or email).
8. To enter simply click here and register your details.
9. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the draw and prize.
10. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win 1 x trip for two people at Hotel du Vin Edinburgh on a bed and breakfast basis valid until 30.06.2011. Prize also includes: 2 x 1-day adult Edinburgh Passes
11. The winner will also be offered First Class return train travel with East Coast, on their route. If the winner’s journey starts/ends beyond East Coast route, the winner will need to make their own arrangements for those parts of their journey. In order to make seat reservations, East Coast will require at least 14 days notice to process the booking and post winners tickets.
12. Prize also includes £200 spending money.
13. The prize does not include any travel insurance and must be taken in full by 30.06.2011
14. All elements of prize package are subject to change, subject to availability and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
15. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
16. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received and notified by email or in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn.
