is this a good deal for flowers?

for my wedding centrepieces i am having tall martini glasses (comes with stand to sit on,tea lights, coloured gell balls and gerberas) - i got 16 of them in with a package of

twinkle backdrop
matching twinkle cake table cover
matching twinkle top table cover
very large chocolate fountain
bridal bouquet (shower of gold roses)
6 button holes (again gold roses)
chair covers/sashes and table covers
wishing well
16 gold butterflies to sit on the edge of my martini glasses

all for £1500

however because i wanted everything to match i have just got a quote for what i want

top table arrangement of gold roses and lilly of the valley - £85 normally £100
4 bridesmaid bouquets - gold roses £30 each normally £35 each - total £120
in with the gerberas (in martini glasses) 1 gold rose @ £2 each - total £32

grand total of £237

is this a good offer?

    I think thats ok, Im paying £1000, instead of £1110 for the following;
    Twinkle back drop
    Twinkle top table skirt
    Twinkle Cake table skirt
    twinkle Bridal arch
10 Ostrich feather centre pieces (mirror plates t light candles & scatter crystals)
    Royal Mail replica Post box
Large chocolate fountain for 100 guest
    100 chair covers & sashes.

Then Im having roses and freshias with feathers for my flowers.

are there not cheaper ways of sourcing these items as those amounts sound HUGE to me - my whole wedding will not be costing more than 3k so I am sure you could do it cheaper than that.
