            We didn't take it in the end - rang to enquire at 9.30am this morning, and the other couple (who'd already viewed it before) had already put down a holding deposit. If their checks etc don't work out, then we might get another chance...but not too bothered, as the bedrooms were v small, and so was the garden.
 We have till Sep/Oct, so I hope something good turns up before then. We're looking in quite a big potential area, so hopefully something suitable will turn up; if we have to go for something less than ideal, as silvercar says, it's only a temporary measure...
 Wish my DD had found the ideal school in our area...
