Back In March I finally got the CSA to Acknowledge me, in the letter it says balance £40 in the Breakdown £-80 ( ie me in credit ).
They took a payment in march that cleared the OS fifure and then refunded the overpayment made in March £20.
They took another payment in April, SO I phoned up to ask why they hadn't stopped the DEO.
After ages on the phone they told me as the previous letter had addressed my concerns, and the case was now closed they couldn't help me !
Well another month has gone by and they still haven't told my employers to stop the DEO, so another payment in May.
I go on Holiday at the end of June and
a) want my money back ( £250 or so )
b) Want them to stop taking more money from me.
Anyone got any ideas how I can do it.
