No, they wont as it's not worth it to them.
What they will do is place a total barr on the phone preventing it from being used, so you couldn't even sell it on.0 -
You,re coming up trumps today Skylight , ive only just replied to you on the car ? ,i,m slow on the computer !!
could i get the phone unlocked as its my daughters ? but i pay at the moment from my oldbank account , which is now frozen ..0 -
Hi there
If you dont pay the bill, they will place a bar on your account, after failure of paying the accounts after a final notice, they will disconnect your account and bar the handset that you are using. You can get this unbarred, however you could find your self in a situation where you will see the handset get barred again. The handset details, along with the IMEI number are stored on a central database. If you have had the handset for 12 months, its yours. If it has been purchased and isnt over 12 months old, your Service Provider may well ask for the handset back.
Hope this helps

Can you afford to pay for it out of your surplus? If you can, then just do that and don't put it down on your SOA.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

Thanx Beenthere , still trying to work out if there will be a surplus !!0

the alternative is to include it, accept that it will be barred, and buy a cheapie handset from somewhere like Tescos with a pay as you go sim card. not ideal and not a particularly up to date phone, but it is an option if you get stuck
i pay £10 a month for pay as you go, and that includes 300 free texts, which i never go over..
