  • hello nettyc
Me and my hubby are really badly in bet - secured loan of £60k and CC's etc of £65k - we have CCJ's etc and we are remortgaging now - there are people that will help you. Sure we havent got a great deal but its fixed for 3 years - it gets rid of the debts and it frees out equity.
If you want some guidance on how we did it, PM me and I will be happy to discuss.

  • Hi,

I would avoid buying a house at the moment. Interest rates will rocket over the rest of this year and you will be forced deeper into debt and negative equity. You're better renting at the moment.

Better, I think to focus on your debts at the moment and stop overspending. To do this you need to publish your SOA (an honest list of incomings and outgoings) so we can all help you.

    Good Luck,

    Dave.
