Barclays customer service interview

I had an interview at Barclays on Tuesday, having passed the telephone interview. The interviewer said it would be up to 10 working days before I found out. I know I should have asked this at the interview, but anyone know how they will contact me? Phone, mail or email?

Thanks :)

  • Hi Siobhan,
When I worked for Barclays they contacted me by letter to say I had to attend an interview, and then to tell me I had the job. They will contact you, but they are a bit slow. Good luck with the interview, BTW.

  • Sorry I worded my email badly. I have already had the "assessment centre" interview in the branch. Thats when she said it would be 10 working days. But anyway, I should be expecting a letter?

Thanks for your reply by the way, really appreciated
