Paragon pay off and reclaining charges question

Hello gorgeous people

We are in the process of remortgaging and we are going to pay off our "2nd mortgage" a loan of £57000 with Paragon. They sent a load of info covering all payments and charges that are on the account - late fees, DD missed, phone calls etc - these are ranging between £10 - £20 for a call, £10 for a letter and £25 for late payment (although they received everything a few days later!) Bad finance management!!!

Can i ask for these to be removed before settlement as per claining charges or does it not work that way??? Or pay it off and then reclaim?? Can I reclaim them at all?

Also if ii have debts in debt managment and am goping to offer ful and final settlements can i reclaim charges / interest once the full amounts are cleared?

Thanks guys.
