Won mascara but it hasn't turned up

I was so happy on the 23rd of April to get an email from [EMAIL="MaxFactor@sixandco.co.uk"]MaxFactor@sixandco.co.uk[/EMAIL] saying I had won a Lash Extension mascara.
Then another one saying they had posted it on the 14th May.
But it hasn't turned up and I'm so disappointed.
I've sent an email to say it hasn't turned up but no reply.
Plus everyone seems to have won from the Glamour comps and people have been winning more than 1 thing - I've won nothing.
Just having one of those days.
Sorry for the moan.

just a thought - did you double check they had the correct address especially postcode? we sent off tokens for an offer and clearly wrote our address and postcode and when we received the package had noticed that the address was still wrong - but was rehanddelivered by a neighbour whose name didn't match theirs. - the door number was wrong but everything else like name and postcode and streetname were correct.0

Yeah, I sent them my addy via email after I was told I had won.
I think my neighbours are pretty good so if they had it, I'm sure they would have dropped it off.
