help with clix research

I have been invited for a trial and one of my answers is wrong please advice.I have tried several combinations but none seem to be right.My original answers are below.

Can I ask where to purchase a trial product? no
Can I leave parts of the questionnaire blank if I don’t understand? yes

    They don't mind if you email them to ask questions (unlike some research companies!).
    Just email them and ask, I've done so quite a few times.
    Usually you can't leave parts of the questionnaire blank, and you can ask where to purchase trial products, if that helps.
