I have been invited for a trial and one of my answers is wrong please advice.I have tried several combinations but none seem to be right.My original answers are below.

They don't mind if you email them to ask questions (unlike some research companies!).
Just email them and ask, I've done so quite a few times.
Usually you can't leave parts of the questionnaire blank, and you can ask where to purchase trial products, if that helps.0
