Cotton Traders http://www.cottontraders.co.uk/page/home
They also have shops, concessions in garden centres and clearance outlets - map and search here http://www.cottontraders.co.uk/page/storelocator
You can often find free postage codes.
Their clothes are hard-wearing and not hugely expensive - most come in XXL and some go right up to 5XL.0 -

Hiya
Tesco does up to XXXL, have picked my Bro in law some nice jumpers, jogging trousers and Tshirts all for reasonable prices over the last year or so. Definately worth a look - I think the joggers are only about £5.

Lots of colours as well.

Really? I don't find them very good at all. It seems most stuff only goes up to a 38" waist which isn't THAT big? Never found the shirts very well fitting either, they are always too tight around the arms for my chap. May be ok on T Shirts but we never look at them anyway.
Matalan are quite good, they do reasonable sizing.0 -
