Santander mortgages

Hi all, I currentely have an Alliance & Leicester 5 year fixed rate deal that is due to come to an end in October of this year ( 4.49%). Does anyone know if the Santander remortgages will be available to me then?I spoke to A & L mortgage customer services yesterday to get an idea of what they had available to existing customers but they said I was too early to book a product. I asked if I could what would be on offer and was told for another 5 year fixed, 4.99% and no fee. Does that sound reasonable?Thanks.

You can't book it, so it doesn't really matter if it is reasonable or not. Did you ask when you can book rates? Might be closer to July until you can.
