MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

    Look here.

As you can see the current SoS is former Tory Leader Ian Duncan Smith.

    The other ministers are listed.

If contacting an MP as part of their role as a minister you should contact them via the DWP.

If you are a constituent you can write to your MP at the House of Commons, London, SW1A 0AA.

If you dont know who your MP is then have a look on here.
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
