Applicants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Employees of the Promoter or the Retailer, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion (or any of their immediate families) are excluded. All applicants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
Closing date for entries is 20.08.10.
All winners will be notified immediately via the website if theirs is a winning entry. Winners will also receive an email confirmation of their win.
If a customer is declared as an online winner, the prize will only be issued to that customer upon verification of their proof-of-purchase. In order for us to verify this, winners must send in their proof-of-purchase, their itemised till receipt and a copy of their online or email confirmation to the Promoter via the address detailed within the Prize Confirmation email sent to each winner. All prize applications must be received by 30.09.10. Winners will be sent their prize within 28 days of us receiving the relevant verification. We cannot accept responsibility for prize applications lost or delayed in the post.
There are 103 prizes to be won as follows: three Mini Cooper Cars with Union Jack liveried decal (one red, one white and one blue), and 100 iPod nanos with Union Jack sleeves.
There are 103 unique winning codes on pack, each corresponding to a prize. There is no cash alternative.
Promotional packs are subject to availability and while stocks last.
In the unlikely event of a stock shortage, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
Winners will not be required to take part in any post event publicity.
To obtain names and counties of the winners, send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Co-operative Mini Winners, Lifestyle Incentives Ltd, Regent House, Heaton Lane, Stockport, Cheshire, SK4 1BS between 20.08.10 and 30.09.10. Lifestyle Incentives have independent confirmation that all winning codes have been made available for distribution.
