The good, the bad and the MBNA

I hope this is allowed if not then I apologise now.

How about a thread about all the nice people who speak to us so we can compare good and bad practices.

Also what a lovely feeling when someone calls trying to wind you up and you say “oh I have heard about you from a forum”

I will start

Mbna - name not known – rude aggressive

Lloyds name prakesh – very helpful although did repeat everything that I already knew…… but nevertheless very polite

    mbna (again) refused to give name - usual rude approach i expect from mbna refused to give me his name so i hung up. he tried to call back but did not answer.

    why do these people not like giving their name...........ummm

    Imperial= Very pleasant and helpful, no interest charged and will offer a rebate for early settlement. A+

    MBNA= We have had challenges but are now ok as I've got "my" lady well trained! Interest and charges stopped for 12 months and arrears reset. C+

    Had a letter from RMA about my little Lombard Tricity loan and did a SOA with a very helpful young man on the phone and haven't heard anything for three months! A
    [strike]-£20,000[/strike] 0!
  • I spoke to RMA who said they could offer me excellent support help out of debt! How i asked? reply pay lump sum off and we will knock 20% off, i replied is that not the 20% you have put on passing my account around debt collection agencies!!!!! never heard from them again oh well


    MBNA always rude and aggressive, only one person i have ever spoke to at MBNA which was nice was Neil. oh yes and the lady i got today when i said i want to pay my balance!! So pleased to have got rid of them, except sending request of charges back from them tomorrow!!
