I'm really sorry if this is posted elsewhere but I can't find what I'm looking for by using the search. Mind you, I probably wouldn't be able to find my head right now if I didn't know that it was attatched to my shoulders, lol.
Could someone please explain what the different debt options and are, who they apply to and what they involve (pros and cons etc)
From what I've gathered so far there are 'DMP's' (debt management plans???) IVA's (individual voluntary arrangements?) and Bankruptcy.
If there is another thread concerning this then please point me in the direction and I'll delete this one.

You only need to look at these as last resorts, can you work your own way out of debt, reduce interest by switching loans/credits cards etc (if you can, a bad credit rating can mess that up) and spend as little as you can.If you don't like what I say slap me around with a large trout and PM me to tell me why.
