Thanks to louhar. Got mascara at John Lewis Liverpool. assistant said that she was unaware of the promotion, but i showed her the cuopon and she gave me one anyway after I smiled sweetly.:T

HI THERE SHARKYGEORGE ! just saw this post, i had problems in the first place same as you i couldny scroll up n down and i had to print out the page to see it right, so when i did- i noticed there was a bit under it [where yae put yer name] that said "print" so you just click on it and it prints out a white voucher [you can't see the voucher on the screen though] i printed 10 off for all my f and f.

The lady in Boots was convinced there was no offer on but finally caved in and House of Fraser had loads - this all in Bluewater.

Tried Brent Cross today - the woman at John Lewis' looked at the voucher as if it was soiled loo roll, so if I decide to buy this in future, she can go :whistle:for any commission. If they're supposed to be the professional face of the company & help promote sales, I suggest she swops hers as she didn't make a good impression on me at all. The only place that had it was the Chanel counter at Fenwick, where the woman was very nice - she knew about the promotion, & immediately went to get one for me.

Been to Trafford Centre today with my voucher. Lovely sales assistants in boots and john lewis but all samples had gone. got one in the end from Selfridges. Again a lovely assistant who knew exactly what i was after. A great freebie! Thanks.

i asked @ reading house of fraser and debenhams and they were soo rude, gave me a dirty look aswellllll!!!!. and no i ddint get a sample from there, but then i went to john lewis, and they said they were out of mascara sample but gave me some skin samples instead, some foundation. that lady was really nice there!!

im going to ask my local boots and debenhams on sunday.
