different valuations - shared ownership

I currently own 25% of my property and a housing association owns 75%.
I am looking to buy the full 100%, so the bank has done a valuation and the housing assoc. have done a valuation.
In December it was valued at £150k by the housing assoc, but that ran out after 3 months. I have got the valuation done by the bank on Monday and it was £140k, the valuer from the housing assoc was out today and i have not got theirs back, but what happens if theirs is alot more?
Thanks and I know i should just wait till i get the second valuation in but I would like to be prepared.

As i thought the 2 valuations have came back different
Natwests valuers - £140k
Housing assoc - £150k
I have rang the HA valuers to advise the difference and the lady is going to speak to the valuer to see how he got this. I am also going to ring the banks valuers to see what they say about the difference, but the bad thing is it is just down to peoples opinions which is very harsh.0
