Will they back date the payments?

As per my earlier thread I forgot to ask this, the letter from the CSA arrived now they are re-assessing husband after 9/10years, I was not with him when he 1st got assessed. Back then he earned very little and they said he did not earn enough to pay anything.

Now he his married to me we have both got good jobs will they want arrears going back all those years based on both our earnings now?

Really do not know how this works.

Many thanks

What is the date from which they requested the info? What is the payslip info they have asked for? That is the time they are backdating to

The letter from CSA is dated May 15th but the info they are wanting is 7th April and 4 weeks prior. We have got to reply by the 29th May but only got letter today as it went to the wrong address it had the wrong house number on it !!
