Issue with Tns

Options
Basically my husband was offered to take part in a tns survey which resulted in being offered the chance to product test an item (i cant mention the survey or the product as this would be breaking the rules ). He waited for the product witch turned up late monday afternoon but the product was completly destroyed unuseable so it had to go in the bin. So anyway on his homepage he still has the link to complete the remaining part of the survey. He has emailed tns on monday and has heard nothing back so im alittle bit confused what exactly to do as the survey finishes on the 1st june as far as i can see he has the following options:-
1)ignore the survey he's emailed them so they should be more responsive
2)go buy the product from the local supermarket keep the receeipt and maybe try and persue a refund thru tns
3)fake the answers as we have both used the product within the last month
4)wait and keep waiting and maybe here something back

Anyone any idea's

I would be inclined to tell the truth and not fake your answers. They wanted your views on the product they sent you and there may have been some differences you weren't aware of between that and the ones you bought in the past. Either way, if they haven't sent it in a suitable container they need to be informed of this.

I would email again and try to find some other way to contact them. Have you got a telephone number? I do have the number for TNS head office (I do mystery shopping for them and some surveys, but haven't done this one). See if you can find some other way to contact them, and if not I'll let you have the phone number I have - they might be able to point you in the right direction at least.
